Terms of Service

Searchatize is run by Jarta Labs LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

An account opens after your first payment of ad credit. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.

Ad credit

Credit is prepaid in US dollars and spent on billed clicks. It does not expire while your account is open. Credit is not cash and is not refundable except where the law requires, or where we close your account without cause, in which case unspent credit is refunded.

Advertising

You bid a maximum price per click for each keyword. Prices start at $0.01. Each search runs an auction; the winner pays $0.01 more than the next bid, never more than its own maximum. A click is billed once per visitor, ad, site and day. Known bots are not billed. You are responsible for your ads, your landing pages and your right to use any names or trademarks in them. We may reject, pause or remove ads that break our ad policy (no gambling, adult content, crypto or forex, drugs, vapes, weapons, counterfeit goods, misleading claims, or anything illegal), automatically or by review.

Publishing (sites)

If you add our code to a site, you must own or control that site and show ads only where our code places them, with their labels intact. You earn a CPC on every unique visitor billed click on your site, at the rate shown in your account. You must not click your own ads, pay or encourage others to click, or use automated traffic; we withhold earnings from invalid clicks and may close accounts that produce them. Earnings are paid monthly through Stripe once they reach $25.

Our software and your license

The Searchatize install code, plugins, packages and service are owned by Jarta Labs LLC and protected by copyright. While your account is active we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install them only on sites registered to your account, unmodified, solely to show Searchatize results. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute them; build or help build a competing product with them; or use them to show ads or sponsored results without the Searchatize service. The license ends when your account closes, and you must then remove the code.

Availability and liability

We provide the service as is. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and closing

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. You may close your account at any time. Contact: support@searchatize.com.
