After you pay, your account gives you a Site ID, the download for your platform and step-by-step instructions. Most installs take five minutes.
It reads the search from your page address (?q=, ?s=, #q= and more), places the ads above your results, and loads after your page so it never slows it down.

Do I need a website to buy ads?
No. Ad buyers only need an account: pay in ad credit, add your products and keywords, and your ads run across every member site's search.
Why do I pay before I get a login?
Your first payment is ad credit, not a fee. It opens your account, and you can spend all of it on ads. Then you set a password and land in your dashboard.
Will ads show for unrelated searches?
No. On results pages an ad shows only when every word of one of its keywords is in the search. While someone types, it shows once what they have typed is heading to one of its keywords (3 letters or more). If nothing matches, nothing shows.
Can my competitors advertise on my site?
Only if you let them. Add their name or website to your blocked list and their ads never appear on your search. Your own ads never show on your own site.
Are the ads labelled?
Always. Every paid result carries a "Sponsored" label (or "Ad", your choice) and links with rel="sponsored", as search engines and the FTC expect.
How do clicks get counted?
Each click goes through a signed link. The same visitor clicking the same ad on the same site on the same day is charged once. Known bots are never charged. Daily budgets and your balance cap spending.
How do site owners get paid?
You earn a CPC on every unique visitor billed click on your search. Connect a payout account from your Earnings tab (Stripe handles identity and bank details). Earnings over $25 are sent at the start of each month.
What ads are not allowed?
Gambling, adult content, crypto and forex, drugs and vapes, weapons, fake goods, get-rich schemes and similar. Ads are checked automatically when you save them, and any site can block any advertiser.
